Glass Painting & Engraving

Glass painting and glass engraving go hand in hand- they have both been used down the centuries to decorate windows and objects, sometimes telling stories or of famous events. Stained glass of course is often seen in church windows and our kit (which uses acetate sheet rather than glass) aims to reproduce the effect of stained or painted glass, for a beginner. The inks can be used to decorate any glass object and this kit is a perfect entry to this popular pastime.

Glass engraving uses the Swiss method (acid free) of hand engraving to produce some fine artwork. The tool is a quality item which will last a lot longer than the kit, so you'll be checking your cupboards for other glass items to use it on!
